On the 18th of this month, we will be hosting a wine tasting featuring Antoine Chevalier and Domaine Marc Roy.
Antoine Chevalier winery, located in Vitry-en-Perthois, has a long family winemaking history and has focused on champagne production since 1925. The winery is committed to sustainable agriculture, holding organic and high environmental value certifications, and primarily uses Chardonnay grapes to showcase unique terroir flavors. Antoine Chevalier combines a commitment to traditional winemaking techniques with modern innovation, resulting in the exceptional quality of its champagnes.
Domaine Marc Roy, situated in Burgundy, is managed by the fourth generation, Alexandrine Roy. The winery has approximately four hectares of vineyards, mainly located in the Gevrey-Chambertin and Marsannay regions, focusing on organic farming and renowned for the refined flavors of its old-vine grapes. The wines produced by the winery exhibit purity and elegance, making them favorites among critics and consumers alike.
