Deliver Service 送貨服務
- We deliver to all residential or office addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories.
- Delivery service to the Hong Kong International Airport area, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, an additional charge will be applied. Details please see Delivery Fee.
- For the time being, we are unable to deliver to Peng Chau, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island.
- 我们送货至香港岛，九龙和新界地区的所有住宅和办公地址。
- 配送服务至香港国际机场邻近区域，包括东涌，愉景湾和马湾，将收取附加費用。详情请看配送费用。
- 我们暂时无法送至坪洲、长洲和南丫岛。
Payment Methods 付款方式
- We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Unionpay, American Express Card, FPS, Payme, WeChat Pay and Alipay.
- 我们接受现金、银行转账、支票、VISA、万事达卡、银联、美国运通信用卡、转数快、Payme、微信支付以及支付宝。
What if there is breakage, shortage or incorrect order? 如果货品破损，缺少或订单错误该怎么办？
- We strive to serve you attentively. If you found any bottles are broken, shortage or if we have arranged your order incorrectly, please contact us at (+852) 2882 7772 or e-mail to info@winebuff.com.hk, please quote your order number for follow up.

What time will my order arrive? 我的订单什么时间才送达？
- We aim to deliver your order between 12noon and 6pm. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, subject to the on day traffic conditions.
- 我们尽可能在下午12点到6点之间配送。但视实际交通状况而定，我们不能确保在特定时间送达。
How long will it take for my wines to arrive? 运送葡萄酒需时多久？
- We usually deliver within 3-5 working days upon your order confirmation.
- You can also choose your preferred delivery date up to a week after the order date.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
- 我们通常在订单确认后3-5个工作天以内发货。
- 您可以在确认订单后的一周内选择指定的送货日子。
- 我们未能提供星期日和公众假期的送货服务。
How do I order online? 我如何在网上订购?
- To begin shopping, simply :
- Choose the wine you would like to buy.
- Click “Add to my cart” to place items in your shopping cart
- Click on “My Cart” icon at the top of the page to review your selections.
- Edit the quantity or click to delete items to confirm your order.
- When you are finished shopping, click “Check Out Now” to enter your delivery and payment details.
- We will contact you by email to confirm the delivery details shortly after receiving your order.

Delivery Fee 配送费用
- FREE delivery (to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories) for purchased above 1 bottles or more, per delivery address.
- Delivery service to the Hong Kong International Airport area, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, an additional charge of HK$200 will be applied.
- 送货范围于港岛、九龙及新界地区，只需购物满 1瓶葡萄酒即享免费送货服务。
- 配送服务至香港国际机场邻近区域，包括东涌，愉景湾和马湾，将收取HK$200附加費用。
