加拿大最大的葡萄酒評網《WineAlign.com》首席酒評家Michael Godel在品嚐了Aurélien Verdet釀造的2010年份Morey Saint Denis En La Rue De Vergy酒款後寫下：「這個酒莊可能不是一個家喻戶曉的名字，但是暫且不論頂級名家Bruno Clair、Lignier-Michelot或是知名釀酒師Pascal Marchand，Aurélien Verdet確實掌握了Morey-Saint-Denis的風土。不論過去或現在都是一顆意想不到的寶石。」
Aurélien Verdet在夜丘名莊Domaine David Duband學藝之後，決定回到故鄉，接管家族位於Hautes-Côtes de Nuits酒莊。他的父親Alain是有機種植的先驅之一，從1970年代就開始實踐，Aurélien Verdet也秉持尊重自然的謙遜態度耕耘自家的葡萄田，產量很低，釀出的葡萄酒活潑平衡，品質優異。
Aurélien Verdet釀造了許多著名的風土，除了經典村莊的酒款之外，產品線中還包含Chambolle-Musigny的Les Charmes、Les Fuées一級園、Gevrey-Chambertin的Fontenys一級園，Nuits Saints-Georges的Les Boudots、Les Damodes、La Richemone一級園等眾多知名葡萄園，無論是哪一種風土，Aurélien Verdet都能掌握得恰到好處，相當難能可貴，這樣出色的表現也讓許多酒評家開始注意到這一位潛力新星。林裕森老師的著作《酒瓶裡的風景─布根地葡萄酒》中就曾提到：「酒風相當現代乾淨，專精於精巧細緻的夜丘村莊級酒，三片新增的Nuits Saints-Georges一級園亦有少見的優雅質地。」
Edouard Confuron
Edouard Confuron 家族在沃恩-羅曼尼 (Vosne-Romanée) 釀造葡萄酒已經有六代了，他的根源可以追溯到更早的時期：17 世紀國王路易十四統治時期。
愛德華本人在過去的十年裡一直從事這個行業。 從在南非 Newton-Johnson 工作開始，他於 2014 年加入了他的父親 François，住在他父母相對低調的 Confuron-Gindre 莊園。
出於自由追隨自己願景的願望，他於2021 年開始以自己的品牌釀造葡萄酒。他使用的葡萄來自家族在Vosne-Romanée、Flagey-Echezeaux 和Nuits-Saint-Georges 的葡萄，這些葡萄是他利用多種生物動力學原理進行有機種植的。
愛德華喜歡在可能的情況下進行整串發酵，並熱衷於不受限制地試驗和釀造葡萄酒。 這位年輕的葡萄種植者擁有敏銳的觸覺，並展現出作為釀酒師的非凡天賦。
