The meticulous work of Serge Groffier (Robert?䏭 son) in the vineyards is evidenced by each glass of nectar from this well-known and certainly soon-to-be-famous domaine.?hese words were written seventeen years ago, in 1998, and it is now clear that the prophecy has indeed come to pass: the Groffier domaine, which already had a fine reputation, is today recognized as one of the best wine producers in Burgundy.
