Les Parcellaires de Saulx is a bespoke boutique wine house located in Meursault, offering stunning views of the vineyards of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet.
Founded in 2017 to honor the De Saulx family, who were significant figures in Burgundy and previous owners of Chateau La Commaraine, Les Parcellaires de Saulx is helmed by winemaker Isabelle Laurant. With 27 years of experience, she specializes in micro-vinification for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The winery produces around 40 prestigious appellations from the Côte d’Or, sourced from the most esteemed terroirs of Burgundy, including both Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. With a total output of 25,000 bottles, their production is quite exclusive, with each appellation (Village to Grands Crus) yielding only 300 to Max 600 bottles. All destemmed, very good quality year by year.

Their team here purchased Domaine Monthelie Douhairet Porcheret from 2023 – most of those wines will be integrated into Domaine de la Commaraine, the rest – Monthelie mainly, will be labelled Domaine de Belleville.
