Domaine Elodie Roy is a charming winery located in Cheilly-lès-Maranges, nestled to the south of Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, representing the southernmost point of the Côte de Beaune. In 2018, Elodie Roy returned to her family estate after an enriching 11-year experience working for Anne Gros in Vosne-Romanée. Covering 10 hectares, the domaine has 6 white appellations and 4 red appellations, in addition to an old plot of Aligoté that rejoined the estate in 2019.
Elodie’s winemaking philosophy is heavily inspired by the Côte de Nuits, evident in the character of her wines. Her red wines are exceptionally well-crafted, showcasing a lovely, juicy vibrancy that will appeal to fans of Côte de Nuits wines. Each wine expresses its individual terroir while also displaying a refined style, influenced by the use of Damy oak and the use of 30-40% whole-cluster grapes in many of her wines.
