The 2022 vintage was easier to work than 2021.Volumes: Normal volumes with yields ranging between 35 and 45 hl/ha. With excellent ripeness of the grapes, we worked with proportions of whole-cluster fermentation for an average of 50% for village and premier cru wines, and up to 75% for grand crus, for all cuvees except Bourgogne, Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits, and Beaune 1er cru les Boucherottes.Reduction in the percentage of new oak: Approximately 30% for all village and premier cru wines, and up to 50% for grand crus.This 2022 vintage is similar to 2018, with a bit more depth and relatively higher pH levels, resulting in relatively low acidity (3.8/4).
